We started Muzariri Penny Lawyers to do commercial legal work directly with the client, framed around the commercial outcome, with technology used where it makes sense.

Between us, we have advised ASX-listed companies, family offices, technology scale-ups, lenders, property developers and individuals through the work that shapes a business: capital raises, financings, acquisitions, structures, and the contracts that govern day-to-day operations. The thread across all of it: clients want straight answers, in plain language, from someone who has seen the matter before and knows how it usually ends.

Four practices, integrated. Finance + Insolvency and Wealth Management led by Peter. Commercial and Property + Development led by Solomon. Most matters touch more than one. That is the point. A property developer needs financing and acquisition. A founder needs corporate structure and IP protection. A family office needs succession planning across structures and assets. Running these together avoids the friction of stitching multiple firms.

Some work is genuinely bespoke. Much of it is not. For founders setting up, technology businesses building a contract stack, developers running a site through to settlement, and families putting structures in place, we offer fixed-fee packages with clear inclusions.
